In a bowl, combine all ingredients except water and oil.

Gradually add water to make a thick batter. Set aside to rest.

Heat a tawa pan and grease with oil.pour 2 ladleful of batter onto the pan spreading into roundshape

Drizzle more oil around the edges. Cook and roast both sides until golden.

Repeat for remaining batter. Serve hot with curd and enjoy!
Tips
Ensure the batter is thick enough to hold its shape on the pan. Adjust the water as needed.
