We always prefer healthy and hot breakfast. Now that winter season is going on, delicious vegetables are available. So I have made healthy mixed veg handwa using my favorite vegetables.

We always prefer healthy and hot breakfast. Now that winter season is going on, delicious vegetables are available. So I have made healthy mixed veg handwa using my favorite vegetables.
Steps

First, take rava and gram flour in a vessel, add curd or sour buttermilk and water as required and mix well. Then add urad and gram dal to it and mix well and cover it for 1/2 hour.

Now grind ginger, chilli, garlic in a mixer jar and add it to the batter and mix well.

Prepare all the vegetables and add it to the batter and mix well.

Now mix salt, chilli, coriander, cumin powder, turmeric and add its fruit salt and oil and stir quickly. Keep the ingredients for the batter ready.

Now, put oil in a pan and when it is hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and white sesame seeds and spread two to three spoons of batter. When the bottom layer turns brown, remove it and add oil again and add mustard seeds, white sesame seeds and curry leaves and turn it upside down. Fry until the second part turns brown.

So, the instant mixed veg handwa is ready. It can be cut and taken in a lunch box with curry chutney.
Tips
Green leafy vegetables can also be used and green handwa can also be made.
