Whilst the salmon cooks, boil pasta in salted water until al dente.

Cook peas in boiling water until tender, then drain.

Make lemon butter sauce: Melt butter, stir in flour, add milk gradually, then cream, lemon juice, and zest. Season to taste.

Flake salmon. Mix half with drained pasta, peas, and sauce.

Serve in bowls, topping with remaining salmon and cracked black pepper.
Tips
For added flavor, consider garnishing with fresh herbs like parsley or dill.
