Firstly collect all the dry fruits and dry roast them. Dry roasting nuts enhances their flavor, texture, and aroma by toasting them with dry heat. This process also reduces moisture, which makes the nuts crunchier and extends their shelf life. Remove the skin of peanuts 🥜after dry roast.

After dry roasting let it cool down after that grind them.

After grinding all the dry fruits add jaggery powder.Again grind them all to give a mix.

Now add 1 spoon of ghee in it mix well. Grease your palms with a little ghee. Take small, lemon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into compact, round balls.

Now your laddoo are ready to eat enjoy😊
