🍓Strawberry Banana Smoothie 🍓

I prefer to use yogurt in my smoothies because it create a thicker consistency and it boosts the protein content. Yogurt is also easier on the stomach than milk, so it’s recommended for people who have an intolerance to dairy.
A little spoon of peanut butter goes a long way, don’t add too much or it will overpower the smoothie.
Feel free to strain the smoothie if you want to remove the strawberry seeds, but it’s not necessary.
