In a mixing bowl take besan and sooji. Wash and chop both the bhajis.

Add all the spices except soda.

Add washed and chopped methi and coriander leaves. With the help of curd make batter.

At the time of making bhajiya add soda and pour 2 tsp hot oil on it and mix well.

Fry the bhajiyas from both the sides until it becomes crunchy. Fry bhajiyas on low flame.

As it turns crispy take out from oil and serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
