Take fresh spinach leaves rinse well with water, chop the onion and spinach. Keep it aside.

Take a bowl add chickpea flour,rice flour,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder, cumin seeds, chopped spinach,onion and salt. Mix well. No need to add water.If need sprinkle some water.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add oil. Let it hot enough for fry. Drop the spinach mix in to hot oil. cook for few minutes, flip it. Pakoda turns golden colour, remove from the oil. Transfer to a serving plate.Tasty spinach pakoda is ready to serve.
