  • 150 gramstendli (ivy gourd)
  • 2 tablespoonpickle masala
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • 1 tspoon sugar
  • 1 lemon juice

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, wipe and cut stems of tendli.Cut into four pieces length wise.

    Heat One tspoon oil in a pan.Saute tendli for five minutes.Cool.Add pickle masala, salt and sugar.Mix well.

    Add lemon juice.Mix well and store in airtight container.
