Ingredients

40 minutes
3 patties
  • 150 gBroccoli (one Broccoli)
  • 80 gCarrot (1 or 2 carrots)
  • 1Egg
  • 30 gShredded cheese (choose your favorite one)
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/4 tspSalt

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Steam broccoli and carrot until tender, then chop finely.

  2. 2

    Mix vegetables with egg, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

  3. 3

    Shape into patties and place on a baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Top each patty with shredded cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake at 220°C for 20–30 minutes until golden and crispy.

Tips

For extra crispiness, you can bake at a higher temperature or broil for a few minutes at the end.
