In a bowl, combine flour, coconut sugar, yeast, powdered coconut, salt, eggs, cream, and water.

Gradually mix on low speed until the dough is well combined.

Add the butter and beat on medium speed for about 8 minutes, until fully incorporated.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Turn off the mixer and place the dough into a greased bowl.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Once the dough has risen, gently deflate it.

Transfer the dough to your work surface and divide it into equal pieces.

Working with one piece at a time, pinch the corners of each piece together at the center.

Then flip over to place the pinched side on a clean, not floured surface.

Cup your hand over the ball and move in a tight circular motion to shape each ball.

Arrange the dough balls in the prepared pan evenly spaced apart.

Cover and allow to rise until visibly puffed or almost doubled in size, 30 to 45 minutes.

Brush them with a rich egg wash of cream and egg yolk for a beautiful golden finish.

Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds over the rolls.

Place the rolls in a preheated oven at 170°C and bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.

Take the rolls out of the oven and allow them to cool before serving.

You can serve them immediately or let them cool before serving.
