This is a perfect snack for tea and coffee.
Steps

In a blender, combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup oil, and papad khar. Blend until frothy and white.

In a bowl, mix besan, salt, and carrom seeds. Gradually add the blended liquid to form a dough. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Add 2 tbsp water and mix the dough again. Heat 2 cups oil until slightly hot (not too hot).

Grease the ganthiya machine and fill it with the dough. Press the dough into the oil using the machine. Wait 2-3 minutes before turning.

Fry on medium-low heat until crispy but not red. Remove and cool. Store in an airtight container. Serve with tea or coffee.
Tips
Ensure the oil is at the right temperature to avoid burning the ganthiya. Fry them on medium-low heat for the best texture.
