Ingredients

15 minutes.
1 serve.
  • 3eggs
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1small onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

15 minutes.
  1. 1

    Break the eggs I a small bowl

  2. 2

    Fry the chopped onions In a pan using 2tbsp of oil.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped tomatoes... Leave it for 2mthen add salt.

  4. 4

    Add the 2 broken eggs and mix..

  5. 5

    Cook for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with ugali.
