Ingredients

  1. 1 cup (240 ml)white rum
  2. 1 cup (240 ml)pineapple juice
  3. 1 cup (240 ml)coconut cream or cream of coconut
  4. 2 cupsice
  5. Pineapple slices or cherries for garnish

Steps

10 minutes (Prep: 10 min, Cook: 0)

    Add rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice into a blender

  2. 2

    Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Pour into chilled glasses.

  4. 4

    Garnish with pineapple slices or a cherry

Tips

For extra creaminess, freeze pineapple chunks and blend them instead of ice.
