Peel kiwis and chop them in small chunks.

Add chopped kiwi to a pan. Let it cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until it releases moisture.
Mix in sugar and keep stirring. The mixture will become loose as sugar melts. - 3
Cook on low–medium flame for 10–15 minutes. The jam will start thickening and turning glossy.

Add lemon juice and continue to cook— this helps balance sweetness and acts as a natural preservative.

Drop a small amount on a chilled plate — if it doesn’t run, the jam is ready.
(Remember, it thickens more after cooling.) - 6
Allow the jam to cool completely. Store in a clean, dry glass jar. Stays fresh for 2–3 weeks in the refrigerator.
Tips
you can add food colour for bright green colour.
