  1. 3 piecesChicken breasts
  2. 4-5 piecesPeppercorns
  3. 2 piecesBay leaves
  4. 1 cupCottage cheese
  5. 1/4 blockCream cheese
  6. 1 cup(plus 1/4 cup extra) Buffalo sauce
  7. 1/2 packetRanch seasoning
  8. 1/2 cupShredded cheddar cheese
  9. 6 piecesCelery sticks
  10. 10 piecesTortilla chips

  1. 1

    Boil water with peppercorns and bay leaves, add chicken, cook 15-20 min, then shred.

    Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth.

    Mix shredded chicken, cheese mixture, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and cheddar.

  4. 4

    Transfer to oven dish, bake at 400°F for 15 min until bubbly.

    Serve warm with celery sticks and tortilla chips.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider adding chopped green onions on top before serving.
