A dish that is very popular all year through and I’ve made, enjoyed with yogurt

Sattu filling - in a bowl add sattu flour, chopped ginger, minced garlic, chopped green chillies, salt and carrom seeds and with little water make a mix and set aside. Filling is ready

For Ata or Wheat flour - in a bowl add ata or wheat flour, oil, salt and carrom seeds and with water knead a dough, cover to rest for 10 mins

Make a ball, add sattu filling, close from all sides

Roll out a Paratha

In a Tawa add the Parathe and roast
- 6
Add oil and fry both sides well
- 7
Plate with yogurt dip and enjoy 😊
Tips
Sattu flour should be well mixed with its fillings to make it tasty
