Cut the venison into small pieces. Fry in a multicooker bowl on the "Fry" setting until golden brown. You can add a little vegetable oil during the frying process.

Place the mushrooms in a frying pan and let the excess liquid evaporate. Cut the onion into half rings and fry with the mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Prepare the sauce. Add all the ingredients listed to the light mayonnaise, stir, and taste. Add salt if needed. Or use a ready-made one.

Add the fried mushrooms and onions to the slow cooker with the meat. Pour in the sauce. Add a little boiling water if needed. Stir. Taste. Close the lid and set the slow cooker to "Stew" mode for 1.5 hours.

Tips
