Steps
- 1
Wash the spinach thoroughly. Deseed and chop the Amla. Peel the small piece of ginger.
- 2
Combine in Blender: Add the spinach, chopped Amla, ginger, cumin seeds, black salt, and water to a blender jar. Add the raw turmeric if you are using it.
- 3
Blend: Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth, fine consistency.
- 4
Strain : Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a muslin cloth to separate the juice from the fibrous pulp. Use a spoon to press down on the pulp to extract maximum juice.
- 5
Serve: Stir in the honey (if using) and drink immediately for maximum nutrient absorption.
Tips
Drink Immediately: Juices lose their nutritional value quickly when exposed to air (oxidation). Drink the Amla-Spinach juice immediately after preparing it to get the maximum amount of vitamins and antioxidants.
Consistency is Key: For noticeable improvement in hair health and skin, drink this juice daily or at least 3-4 times a week.
