First of all add Ginger chili curry leaves paste in leftover Dosa batter. Add salt and 2 teaspoons oil and mix it well. Then add the eno, add 1 teaspoon water and gently mix.

Now grease the waffle machine with oil and heat it on gas flame. After heating for 2 minutes, spread the idli batter in it and heat the waffle maker stand on both sides on gas.

Toast both sides crisp in this way. Now prepare the coconut chutney and serve with waffles.

Tips
