Steps

Take one bowl and add ragi flour then add half cup water and make it well so that ragi flour is mixed properly. Now keep kadhai on medium flame and add one and half glass water when water is boiling add ragi flour in it

Mix ragi flour with spoon properly. Now add jaggery in it and again mix it well keep gas flame low stir it for next 2 minutes.

Then add milk and again mix it well. Because of milk colour slightly changes see the consistency of malt. At the end add cardamom powder again mix it well and switch off the flame. Here you can also add ghee for better test while serving Garnishwith Chopped almonds and Soaked chia seeds or subja seeds.consume it hot
