Collect ginger,garlic, tomato and red chilli. Take garlic peel out the skin. Chop tomato ang ginger. Keep it ready for making chutney.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add oil red chilli,chopped ginger, garlic, tomato saute for few minutes. Transfer to a mixer jar add red chilli powder and salt. Grind into a smooth chutney.

Keep another kadai on low heat add oil, mustard seeds,urad dal, curry leaves saute for a minute. Pour the ginger garlic chutney. Mix well. Let it cook till the raw smell goes out and it reaches thick consistency. Once it becomes thick. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Tasty ginger garlic chutney is ready to serve. Enjoy this chutney with idly,dosa and curd rice.
