In a mixing bowl add atta or maida, sugar, refined oil. Mix well then gradually add water and making a medium soft dough. Rest for 10 to 15 mintues.

Another mixing bowl add sattu powder, salt, oil, pickle and all spices. Mix everything well.

After 15 mintues cut medium size balls. Stuff the sattu into the balls. Roll out the balls.

Heat a kadai, add oil into the kadai. When the oil becomes meduim hot fry all the puris. Serve it with aloo tomato chokha or aloo dum or green chutney.
