Firstly cut the bathua and wash it properly 3-4 times.

Now take cooker put urad dal in it and wash it then add chopped bathua, grated ginger and chopped green chilli,then salt.

Now take 3-4 whistle.And now make tempering of it by taking ghee in one Pan add asafoetida,chopped garlic and whole red chilli and spread over daal before serving it.
