A delicious and beautiful dish, perfect for year-end parties or gatherings.

Clean the chicken thoroughly. Rub it with salt and vinegar, rinse several times, then marinate the chicken with 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon chili oil. Rub the marinade all over the inside and outside of the chicken, paying special attention to the skin for a nice color. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor. Place the chicken in an air fryer and press it down firmly to shape it as shown in the photo.

Set the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 20 minutes at 320°F (160°C). For crispier, more golden skin, increase to 356°F (180°C) and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Use tongs to remove the chicken, then sprinkle chili powder evenly over the skin.
