Safflower Cheese Paratha

In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, graham flour, and rice flour.

Add chopped safflower vegetable, crushed garlic, chopped coriander, carom seeds, sesame seeds, and all spices. Mix well.

Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into equal portions.

Take one portion, flatten it, and stuff with grated Amul cheese. Shape into a round paratha.

Heat a tawa or skillet. Cook the paratha on both sides, brushing with oil or butter, until golden.

Garnish with extra cheese and serve hot,with tomato sauce.
Tips
Serve with curd or salad.
