Heat ghee and fry the dryfruits keep aside

Now in the same pan add carrots and allow it to cook. Stirring continously

When its color change and softens, add milk, sugar, milk powder and mix well. Cook again till milk is absorbed
- 4
Lastly when it leaves the pan, add ghee, and mould into greased container, garnish with dryfruits.
Tips
You can add milkmaid instead of milk and milk powder.
