Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/3 (70 g)carrot
  • 4-5green beans
  • 1/2green onion
  • 2dried Shiitake mushroom
  • 4Aburaage
  • 4sliced pork
  • 2 teaspoonMiso for inside of the roll
  • Miso sauce
  • 200 mlShiitake water
  • 1 tablespoonMiso
  • 1 tablespoonDashi powder Japanese fish bouillon
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • Green onion for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Shiitake mushroom firstwith 1 cup of water. Shred vegetables and Shiitake. Please keep Shiitake water.

    Cut Aburaage and open.

    Cut sliced pork and put vegetables on pork. And put a little of Miso (1/2 teaspoon)

    Roll tightly and stick the end with flour water.

    Make Miso sauce.

    Fry the end of roll and put Miso sauce.

    Cook for 15 minutes with low heat with a lid.

    Cut and garnish with green onion.
