2 tablespoonsFile
1 poundground sirloin
1/2 poundsausage
1small onion
1 tablespoonyellow rice spices I used Vigo brand
1 teaspoonPink Himalayan salt
1 teaspoonground black pepper
15 ouncecan beef broth
1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
8 ouncescubed Colby jack cheese
1/2 cupgram flour / chickpea flour
1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
1/2 cupdiced mushrooms

Steps

Brown the sausage and ground sirloin add salt, pepper, and yellow rice seasonings. Add mushroom and onions.

Make a crater in the center and add parmesan cheese. Stir well adding all the remaining ingredients.

Cook till thickened up.
