I created this recipe by using what I had in the fridge, and it turned out delicious.

Boil the corn for 15 minutes, then remove the kernels.

Chop the turkey into small pieces and set aside.

Place one pie crust in a tart pan.

Fill with the turkey and cover with the corn.
- 5
Scatter the blue cheese pieces over the filling.

Beat the eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic sauce, and pepper together.

Pour the mixture over the filling.

Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes in a preheated oven.
