Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 1 cupshredded cheese
  • 3/4 cupheavy whipping cream
  • 1 cupdiced bell peppers
  • 1 cupdiced onions (optional)
  • 1 pinchSalt and pepper to taste

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

    In a bowl, whisk together ALL ingredients

  3. 3

    Pour the egg mixture into greased baking dish

  4. 4

    Bake for 20-25 mins, or until the eggs have set and the top is golden brown

  5. 5

    Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving
