Pat chicken breasts dry.

Drizzle with olive oil and coat evenly.

Season generously on both sides with all listed seasonings.

• Garlic Parmesan seasoning
• Italian seasoning

• Black pepper

• Nature’s Seasoning

Grill over medium heat for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and nicely charred.

Finely chop the spinach.

In a bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, ricotta cheese, and chopped spinach.

Add the same seasoning used on the chicken and mix well.

Warm the mixture over medium heat for about 10 minutes, just long enough to cook the spinach down.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Mix all cheeses and the Italian Panko breadcrumbs together in a bowl.

Set aside until ready to use.
Tip: Prepare the sauce and topping while the chicken is cooking on the grill. - 12
Grill the chicken until fully cooked, then remove from the grill.

Place the chicken breasts on foil.

Pour the Creamy Spinach Sauce over each chicken breast.

Add a generous amount of Parmesan Crusted Topping.

Return the foil-wrapped chicken to the grill.

Grill for about 10 minutes, just long enough for the sauce to heat through and the topping to melt and cook.

Cook the potatoes on the grill for about 30 minutes, or until tender.

Once tender, mix in butter and the Creamy Parmesan Sauce.

Add a bit of salt to taste.

Stir until fully combined. Potatoes are complete.

Wash and clip the ends off the fresh green beans.
