This is my healthu recipe. Its very good in taste and also high in protein. It helps you cut down the hunger in a healthy way.
Steps

Heat a pan and pour two tablespoon oil and add garlic ginger paste into it.

Cut all the veggies in a uniform small shapes and once the paste is mixed with oil well add all the veggies
- 3
Toss the veggies very lightly them be half cooked. Add soaked soya chunks and leftover rice into it.

Mix it well and add all the sauces and fried rice masala into it.

Toss them on high flame add salt as per taste. Serve it hot.
Tips
Soak soya chunks in hot water. Hot water makes chunks extra soft to chew.
