Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsoaked soya chunks
  • 1 bowlleftover rice
  • 1green onion chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1green garlic
  • 2 tablespooncarrots finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspred chilli green chilli and soya sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonsalt as per taste
  • 1/2 tablespoonfried rice masala
  • 1/2 tablespoonketchup

    Heat a pan and pour two tablespoon oil and add garlic ginger paste into it.

    Cut all the veggies in a uniform small shapes and once the paste is mixed with oil well add all the veggies

    Toss the veggies very lightly them be half cooked. Add soaked soya chunks and leftover rice into it.

    Mix it well and add all the sauces and fried rice masala into it.

    Toss them on high flame add salt as per taste. Serve it hot.

Tips

Soak soya chunks in hot water. Hot water makes chunks extra soft to chew.
