Ingredients

  1. 2potato
  2. 2unripe Bananas
  3. 4brinjal
  4. 1/2 cuppeas
  5. 1/2 cupvalod
  6. 1/2 cupval
  7. 3 tbspoil
  8. 1/2cumin seeds
  9. 1/2mustard seeds
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2turmeric powder
  12. 2chopped green chilli
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 tsplemon juice
  15. 1 tspsugar
  16. 1 cupbesan for muthiya
  17. 2 tspoil
  18. 1 tspGaram Masala
  19. 1/2chopped methi for muthiya
  20. 1 tspred chilli powder
  21. 1/2 turmeric powder
  22. 2cinnamon stick
  23. 2cloves
  24. 1 tsphing
  25. 2 tspchopped coriander

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First take all the vegetable and cut into pieces washit properly fry it.

    Then take 1 cup besan and Add chopped methi and add 1tsp red chilli powder turmeric powder Garam Masala coriander powder and add 2 tsp oil and salt then mix it well.And add some water mix it will. And make dough for muthiya.

    And make muthiya from dough and fry it well. Transfer to a bowl

    Then take a kadai and add 3 tbsp oil heat oil add cinnamon stick and cloves 1tsp cumin seeds and mustard seeds and Hing then add chopped green chilli1 tsp ginger garlic paste. And chopped green chilli Saute for minute then add 1 tsp red chilli powder and turmeric powder 1 tsp salt roast for sometime.

    Then add all fry vegetable add some water then add fry Methi na muthiya. And 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp sugar powder.And cook for 10 minutes. Now winter special healthy masaledar undhiyu is ready.Then transferred to a bowl. Decorate with green chilli corianders.And serve it And enjoy with family.Enjoy!!!

Tips

All the vegetable cut into pieces fry properly.And Methi muthiya fryproperly and fry very well. So undhiyu become healthy and tasty.
