  1. 2Large eggs
  2. 15 mlMilk
  3. 25 gPeas
  4. 20 gChopped frozen spinach
  5. 20 gChopped mushroom
  6. 20 gGrated cheese

Steps

25 minutes

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Stir in peas, spinach, mushroom, and cheese.

  4. 4

    Pour mixture evenly into mini muffin tins.

  5. 5

    Bake for 15–20 minutes until set and lightly golden.

Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices for extra flavor!
