SOYA CHUNKS SEMI FRY 🥰
Inspired by the receipe of Roadside Kalan .I tried this recepie using soya chunks (Mealmaker)
Steps

Boil soya chunks in water
Drain well, squeeze out excess water, and keep aside. - 2
In a bowl, add:
Boiled soya chunks
Curd – 2 to 3 tbsp
Chicken 65 powder – 1 to 2 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Mix well and rest for 15–20 minutes. - 3
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the marinated soya chunks until golden and crisp.
Remove and keep aside. - 4
In another pan, heat 1–2 tsp oil:
Add chopped onion and sauté till light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste (1 tsp) and sauté.
Add Kashmir red Chilli Powder for taste and colour 1 tablespoon
Add soya sauce – 1 tsp or as you needed
Add red chilli sauce – 1 tsp or as you needed
Add a little water to make it saucy.
Add fried soya chunks and toss well for 2–3 minutes. - 5

Serve with some onions and coriander leaf
