Steps

Prepare 6 to 8 pcs of chicken wings and wipe the excess water using kitchen paper.
Slice a little bit the meat part.
Add some flour to cover the whole chicken wings. - 2
Prepare the frying pan. Use medium heat.
Take out the chicken wings after it become
a nice golden brown color. - 3
Make the sauce:
Put all seasonings in a pot. (soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, grated garlic)
After boiled, turn off the heat.
Grate 2 tbs sesame seeds. Then pour it into the sauce - 4
Mix the sauce with the chicken wings.
Add little sesame seed on top.
If you like, you can add chili or red pepper.
Enjoy!!
