  1. 1 handful(about 1 mutthi) Broccoli leaves
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 2 tbspOil
  5. 0.5 tspCumin seeds
  6. 0.5 tspCumin powder
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. 0.25 tspTurmeric powder
  9. to taste Salt

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash broccoli leaves thoroughly and cut if desired.

    Heat oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

    Add broccoli leaves, then layer onion on top. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Once vegetables have softened, add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well.

    Add tomato, cover, and cook until vegetables are fully cooked.

Tips

Add the spices after the vegetables have softened a little for better flavor blending.
