Preheat oven to 400F and spray a 12" round pan with cooking spray

Combine corn bread mix, 1 TBSP taco seasoning, Mexican creama, egg, corn, butter, and chilies

Spread mix in pan and bake for 30

Remove pan and use wooden spoon handle to poke holes through cornbread

Pour half enchilada sauce on cornbread

In a bowl combine chicken taco seasoning and enchilada sauce. Spread over cornbread, top with cheese and place back in the oven

Bake for 10 minutes
