Steps
- 1
Line a small baking tin with parchment paper.
- 2
Add condensed milk, butter, sugar, stir well, and heat gently until thick and bubbly (116°C)
- 3
Remove from heat and let it cooldown a bit, around 80-85°C.
- 4
Once cooled, pour and mix the chopped chocolates. If it is too hot, the chocolate will split (add a tablespoon of warm milk and blend it to try emulsify it back to smooth texture like peanut butter)
- 5
Pour mixture into the tin, smooth the top, wrap and let cool completely.
- 6
Chill in the fridge until set around 2 hours, then cut into pieces.
Tips
For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract, or a sprinkle of nuts on top before chilling. Salt works too
