Broccoli soup is very good for health and is also easy to make.

Chop broccoli and wash with hot water.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

Heat wok, sauté ginger and garlic

Add onion, sauté until slightly softened.

Add almonds, sauté for 1 minute.

In another pan, boil broccoli and coriander in 2 cups water for 3 minutes.

Add sautéed onion and almond mix to boiled broccoli. Boil for 5 minutes.

Turn off heat, let cool, then blend until smooth.

Heat a pan, melt butter, add blended paste.

Add milk and leftover boiled water, stir well.

Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.

Tips
Sauté ginger and garlic for 3 minutes for optimal flavor.
