Make a rough paste from 1kg carrots.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker, add the carrot paste, and stir.

Pour in 2 cups milk, mix, and close the lid.

Cook for 2 whistles (siti) on medium heat.

Open the lid, add 2 cups sugar, and stir well.

Mix in 50g cashew and other nuts and 200g makha sandesh.

Cook for a few more minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Tips
Adjust the sweetness according to your taste, and feel free to add more nuts for extra crunch.
