Steps

Chop cucumber, onion, tomato, steamed potato, and coriander leaves.

For sweet chutney, grind soaked dates (with soaking water), tamarind, salt, red chilli, coriander, cumin powder, and jaggery.

For green chutney, grind coriander, mint, green chilli, salt, lemon juice, and ice cubes until smooth.

Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Add both chutneys to the salad and toss well.
- 6
Add chaat masala, sesame seeds, and lemon juice if desired. Combine well. Garnish with chopped coriendar leaves.
Tips
Use the soaking water from the dates for the sweet chutney. Add lemon juice and ice cubes to the green chutney for a refreshing taste.
