Dice or puree the tomatoes. Add them to a pan with a pinch of salt and a little water. Cook until thickened, then add the sauce mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste and transfer to a bowl.

Marinate the beef with a little oyster sauce, seasoning powder, and a bit of oil for about 15 minutes to tenderize. In a pan, melt the butter, then sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry until just cooked, then transfer to a bowl.

Fry the egg if desired. Pan-fry the sausage until golden and fragrant.

Using the same pan, pour the tomato sauce back in and heat it up. Arrange the toppings—pâté, beef, sausage, and egg—on top. Garnish with cilantro and a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
