  • 1 bowlSingoda flour
  • Stuffing
  • 250 gramGround nut
  • 1 spoonSesame seeds
  • 1 spoonfennel seeds
  • 1 bowldesiccated coconut
  • 15-20dry black raisins
  • 2 spoonrock salt
  • 1 tea spoonsugar
  • 1 spoonlemon juice
  • 3chilli
  • 1 bowlcoriander leaves
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • Curd Chutney
  • 1big bowl curd
  • 1 spoonrock salt
  • 1 tea spoonsugar powder
  • 1/2 spoon black pepper powder
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • Garnishing
  • 1 spoonCoriander leaves

    First take potatoes wash and boiled in cooker 3 whistles. Then peel bark.

    Mash the cool,boiled potato and make smooth dough. Divide the mixture into 8-9 equal portions and shape them into round, flat patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Smooth the edges to prevent cracking.put 1 spoon of stuffing on it and make round Patties and dust lightly shingoda flour to make crispy texture.to

    Gas on put big vessel add oil let it hot every Pettis fry till brown colour.

    Make stuffing in mixture Jar add peanuts, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, dessicated coconut,chopped chilli, coriander, rock salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sugar powder, lemon juice, black dry raisins mix well.

    Take Curd add rock salt, coriander powder, sugar, black pepper powder mix it then sprinkle coriander leaves.

    Tasty and delicious Potato Pattis is ready to serve. Yummy Pattis are eat with curd chutney

Tips

To avoid sticky potato mixture add more shingoda flour .
Prepare fresh patties nd fry instant to avoid bursting of patties in oil .
