Steps

Take all the ingredients for Golden Seed Crunch.

Now take a bowl and add all the whole seeds like Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Flax seeds, Chia seeds and White Sesame seeds to it, Now add Makai flour, Besan flour, and whole wheat flour to it,

Now add all the dry spices like Asofoetida powder, Turmeric powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli powder and Salt to taste, Now add finely chopped Green chillies to it, Now add finely chopped Coriander leaves to it, Now add Kasuri Methi to it, Now add oil and water to it and combine all the ingredients together to make a dough,

Now our dough is ready, Now cover the dough for 10 mins and give a rest to dough. Now take a small portion of a dough and roll it with rolling pin not too thin not too thick and den cut it with a cutter in a rectangular shape,

Now Pre heat the oven at 180° for 15 mins and place a baking sheet on baking tray and put the rectangular strips of Golden Seed Crunch for baking and bake it on 150° for 15 mins, Now our Golden Seed Crunch is ready to serve.

Take it to serving plate and serve it during Tea Time.
