Goya Chanpuru

Slice the pork into 4cm, goya into 1cm, tofu into a bite size

Stir-fry the meat with one tsp of sesame oil

When the meat is well cooked, add the tofu and goya into the pan and fry together for 3 minutes

When the tofu start to get a little charcoal, season with salt and pepper.

Put the beaten egg and the bonito flakes into the pan, and pour soy sauce evenly from the edge of the pan.
