Paneer capsicum schezwan
Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds,hing and chopped onion sauté till golden brown

Cut paneer into small cubes
- 3
Add onion, tomato puree and capsicum cubes to the pan and toss.
- 4
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and ginger. Mix it well
- 5
Add lemon juice and toss again. Add schezwan chutney, mix well and cook for a minute
- 6
Add paneer cubes, salt and garam masala powder and mix well
- 7
Chop coriander leaves and add. Serve with parantha or puri
