Soft chapati
chapati can be served with tea or stew.
Steps

Sieve the flour into a bowl.

In another bowl mix 2tbs of salt,2tbs of cooking oil and 1 cup of water.

Pour the mixtures to the sieved flour, then knead the dough for 10 minutes adding some flour if needed

Add 2tbs of cooking oil to the kneaded dough and mix.

Place the dough into another bowl and cover for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes divide the dough into ball like shapes.

Pick one of the balls and place it on a flat surface and roll the ball to a circular shapes.

Place the rolled circular shape chapati into the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes then your chapati is ready.
