Wash and Cut the meat into long strands but a bit thick.

Then put the meat in a bowl and add vinegar salt and chili powder to marinate.

If using a jiko, put a wire mesh on top and start roasting the meat both sides but if using a barbeque machine just grill the meat.

Roast both sides. Cut a piece to taste if ready. If ready serve if not return to the fire and continue roasting till ready.
