Ingredients

  • 3 (15 oz)cans black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 2red onions, diced
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 1ripe avocado, diced
  • 1jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 2limes, juiced
  • 32 ozlow sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbspcumin
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions and garlic over medium heat

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker

  3. 3

    Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Blend all/half/none of the soup as desired
